Noticeboard

Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed please dial 111.

Home Visits
Patients may need to ask for a home visit if they are genuinely house bound or too ill to visit the surgery. We ask that you aim to contact us before 11am if possible, unless it is an emergency, to enable the GP to plan their rounds for the day. All home visits will be assessed by the GP who will make telephone contact first to discuss access arrangements and visiting times.

Test Results
If you need to ring the surgery for test or x-ray results ordered by the practice, please ring between 2.00 p.m.- 4.00 p.m. on 01643 703289.

Child Health

Children under 5 years of age will have a designated Health Visitor.  The team can be contacted on 01643 707868.

Routine Checks by the Doctor
Your health visitor will arrange routine check-ups with the doctor according to the latest guidance.  Where possible, at your 6-week check up the Health Visitor will arrange for both them and a GP to see both mother and baby to check on progress and well-being.  If you have any queries or concerns at any time do feel free to contact either your GP or Health Visitor.

Childhood Immunisations
Information will be sent to you directly by the health authority to invite you to bring your child into the surgery for their routine immunisations.  Clinics are held monthly at the surgery.
